Discounts do not apply to items already reduced in price. Discounts can only be used to purchase regular price non-sale merchandise that you are purchasing online, by phone or by email. Discounts must be applied during checkout. Discounts can never be applied to previous purchases.
A 9.75% sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to addresses within Illinois.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours and will ship pending item availability and credit card verification. We ship daily Monday – Friday. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays. In the event that the size or item you ordered is not available we will contact you as soon as possible and credit your account. If you have not received your order confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. It is possible that we may need more information before processing the order.

Shipping is FREE on UPS ground service for all domestic orders in the 48 contiguous States. A flat rate of $15 is offered for 3 day shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Two day delivery is also available with UPS for a flat rate of $32. Saturday deliveries are not available.
Elmidae.com is unable to ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO & FPO addresses.
We will happily ship orders outside of the United States. If you would like to place an order that will be shipped internationally please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For most international orders, shipping & handling is a flat rate of $40. Elmidae.com is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees charged by customs or for any delays in the customs process.
When your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped a second shipment confirmation email will be sent with your UPS tracking number.
Delivery on ground shipments can be expected within 5 to 7 business days from the time your order leaves our studio.
Delivery on 2 day shipments can be expected within 2 business days from the time your order leaves our studio.
Please note that your shipping time does not include the 48 hour processing time. You may track your package at any time at: www.ups.com
If your order has not arrived 48 hours after the expected delivery date, please call or email us. We will contact UPS to track your package.
UPS typically allows 3 delivery attempts before returning packages to the shipper. Any packages returned to us after this will incur an $11 re-shipping charge. A $10 fee will be charged for orders that require delivery address changes of any kind after the order has been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges:
If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size we are happy to ship the new size once we receive the original shipment.
All returns must be authorized by elmidae.com before items are shipped back to us. For all returns and exchanges, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of the delivery date with a brief product description and reason for the return/exchange. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of the date the shipment is accepted by the addressee. Merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
All sale items and jewelry are final sale. This includes items discounted using a coupon or promotion code.
All return shipments both domestic and international must be made by a major courier service with tracking capabilities (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), at the purchaser's expense. We will provide our return shipping address when we authorize a return.
Upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise within 7 business days, we will credit the cost of the item(s) including sales tax (if charged) to the credit card used for the purchase. We do not reimburse the purchaser for shipping costs, if any. We are not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during their return shipment. We recommend that you insure with the carrier any returned items. We also recommend that you retain the tracking number for the return.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
